Verstoppingen zijn meestal ten laste van de huurder, tenzij de oorzaak een technisch probleem is (bv een verzakking). U mag zelf proberen te ontstoppen of zelf een ontstopper aanstellen, indien u niet kan wachten tot het kantoor is geopend.
Huurt u een appartement, contacteer dan ook de syndicus van het gebouw.
